Below you will find the cancellation terms that applies when you book a stay with us. We reserve the right to make changes. It is the actual booking confirmation that you have received that applies at all times.

Private guests
If you want to cancel your reservation, you can do so until 12 pm, five (8) eight days before arrival. If you cancel later than this, the amount paid will not be refunded. If the stay is not prepaid, you will receive an invoice corresponding to the total price of the booking. If you book less than eight (8) days before arrival, it is not possible to cancel your stay.
Cancellations due to unforeseen weather conditions and/or closed roads between 2pm and 8pm, and longer than 6 hours, on the arrival day will be charged with a sum equal to 50% of the total price of the reservation.
Private guests - stays over the holidays
New Year
When booking stays over the New Year-holiday, we practice prepayment due 14 days before arrival.
In case of cancellations more than 14 days before arrival, the full amount, excluded an administration fee of 300 NOK, will be refunded.
In case of cancellations between 7 and 14 days before arrival, 50 percent of the amount paid will be refunded.
In case of cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, none of the amount paid will be refunded.
Easter
When booking a stay during Easter-holiday, we practice prepayment due 28 days before arrival.
If case of cancellations more than 28 days before arrival, the full amount, excluded an administration fee of 300 NOK, will be refunded.
If case of cancellations between 14 and 28 days before arrival, 50 percent of the amount paid will be refunded.
If case of cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, none of the amout paid will be refunded.
