The best way to get started with kiting is to take a kite course. At Finse, kite courses are offered almost every weekend from January to April. In May, larger groups can also book courses upon request. These courses provide a comprehensive introduction to kiting, from basic techniques to more advanced skills. With experienced instructors from Skikite and optimal conditions, Finse is the perfect place to learn kiting.

Finse Regatta is a delightful weekend event where wind enthusiasts from across the country gather for social enjoyment with kites and sails. On Saturday, we host an informal competition where kites and ski sails compete in the same category. This event welcomes everyone, from seasoned athletes to newcomers looking to participate in an experience that is all about having fun. We are also joined by excellent partners to make this event possible. Finse Regatta is organized in collaboration with Finsehytta DNT, Finse Skilag, and Skikite.com.
