Snøheim is a DNT cabin on Dovrefjell that is open during the summer season. After being closed for over 50 years, the current cabin reopened in July 2012. It is located at the foot of the Snøhetta massif on the Dovre mountain plateau.
Water: Running water is available, but not in the guest rooms. There are sinks in the hallways and showers in the basement.
Toilets: Indoor toilets with sinks, as well as outdoor toilet facilities with sinks.
Bedding: Sleeping bags are not permitted in the beds. All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows (with protective covers). Guests must bring their own linen liner bag and pillowcase, bring a regular set of bed linen, or rent bed linen at the cabin.
Internet: No Wi-Fi is available, but there is strong mobile coverage inside the cabin.
Meals:
Breakfast: Served from 08:00 to 09:30.
Dinner: Served in two seatings, at 18:30 and 20:00.
Dogs: There are three dedicated rooms equipped with dog cages.
