Perhaps Marka's best waffles

The recipe for the waffles for Kobberhaughytta is secret - and is originally the grandmother of Erlend, the manager of Kobberhaughytta, her recipe. The recipe comes from Nordmøre, and here waffles are called "Bakels". The philosophy of the cabin is that a freshly baked waffle is the best waffle. Therefore, they do not fry up large batches of waffles, but fry up to order. Read more about the waffles at Kobberhaughytta
