Dovrefjell
Dovrefjell is a mountain region extending from Dovre in the south to Oppdal in the north. The high-mountain plateau is located where the counties of Innlandet, Trøndelag, and Møre og Romsdal meet. The original Dovrefjell National Park was established in 1974 and covered 265 km². In 2002, the protected area was significantly expanded with the creation of Dovrefjell-Sunndalsfjella National Park, which currently encompasses 1,830 km².

SignaTur - SAGA from Lillehammer to Snøhetta
SAGA is DNT's long-haul route from Lillehammer to Snøhetta. 220 km over Ringebufjellet, through Rondane and Dovrefjell. All on the Norwegian Trekking Association's marked trails, with accommodation in serviced and self-service cabins.
