1. Is it allowed to have a dog in the bedrooms or public common areas?
We have three designated dog-friendly rooms, which must be booked in advance. If these are fully booked, dogs must sleep in a dog crate located in the woodshed. Dogs are not allowed in the main living areas or other guest rooms.
2. What time is dinner served?
Dinner is served in two seatings: the first at 18:30 and the second at 20:30.
3. Is it possible to pay by card at the cabin?
No. Card payment is difficult due to limited connectivity. Please prepare accordingly.
4. When is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 09:30.
5. Is there mobile coverage at the cabin?
There is no mobile coverage at the cabin site (tunet), but you can get reception by walking a short distance up the hillside.
6. Is it possible to get dinner after 20:30?
No. If you arrive after 20:30, we can only offer simple alternatives, such as sandwiches.
7. Can I drive a car all the way to Bjørnhollia?
No, there is no public road access to the cabin.
8. When is the high season at Bjørnhollia?
The summer high season runs from July 1st to August 10th.
