Member Benefits
DNT members receive discounts on both accommodation and meals.
- Stays of more than two nights generally offset the cost of an annual membership.
- Membership fees support the maintenance of trails and the operation of over 600 DNT cabins across Norway.
- Members also receive discounts on outdoor equipment and organized tours.
Cancellation Policy
- 8 or more days before arrival: Full refund, minus an administrative fee of NOK 300. (For example, a stay starting on a Friday must be cancelled no later than 23:59 on the Thursday of the previous week).
- 0–7 days before arrival: No refund is provided.
- Important: The cancellation policy applies regardless of weather, road conditions, or illness. We recommend having comprehensive travel insurance.
- Separate terms apply to groups, corporate bookings, organized tours, and special events. All cancellations must be managed directly with the cabin.
