We are looking for an activity leader climbing! Is that you?
At Sæteren Gård we have a 13 meter high activity tower with various climbing trails and a freefall jump. In addition, we have a zipline, consisting of two stretches that together amount to 150 meters. Both activities are very popular, and we are now looking for new activity leaders to staff these.

As an activity leader, you will help ensure that guests have a good and safe experience in the climbing tower or zipline. You assist with adaptation of equipment, instructions before and during the activity and possibly rescue if this is required. Preparation and dismantling of the plant is also part of the work tasks.
For the position of activity leader, we are looking for you who:
Fast every other Sunday in May and June, as well as on request from groups who want to climb.
Interest in climbing and some climbing knowledge.
A completed climbing course is desirable, but not necessary. Adequate training will be provided
Ability to impart climbing knowledge to inexperienced climbers.
Loves working with people.
Experience working with children and young people.
Safety-oriented.
Self-driven in work, orderly, service-minded and flexible.
Likes to be out in nature.
At least 18 years old.
The position is valid for the spring and autumn season. The position is permanent every other Sunday, with the opportunity to work some during the day and evening on other days. Little or no activity in July.
With us, you must enjoy working both in busy surroundings in a team with others, but also in quiet periods where you have to work more independently.
As an activity leader, you are the face of Sæteren Gård. You represent DNT and it is therefore important that you always meet all guests with a smile and an attitude to give the guest the best possible experience here with us.

Responsible for climbing the activity tower and zipline
Take care of equipment and facilities
Ensure HSE
Motivate along the way and help children and adults have a positive climbing experience

About the employer:
Sæteren Gård is the children's hiking place in Bærumsmarka. We are an accommodation that is adapted especially for children's groups, but we also accept company groups. In addition, we have an open café on weekends, where we serve homemade baked goods, waffles and lunch. The cabin is a day trip destination for Bærum's population all year round, and we have many day visitors here with us. It is families with children who are our largest target group.
