Skogadalsbøen ligger vakkert til i Utladalen ved foten av Gjertvasstind og Fannaråken og byr på flotte turmuligheitar i de vestlige delene av Jotunheimen.
The trip down Utladalen is a gem and can be compared to the well-known Aurlandsdalen. The trail winds down the valley along the river Utla and majestic, snow-capped peaks can be seen on both sides of the valley. The trail passes Vettisfossen - Norway's highest waterfall in free fall.
This is one of the most beautiful round trips you can experience in Jotunheimen. The trip takes you up to Norway's highest reclining tourist cabin, Fannaråkhytta, down through the Keisarpasset to lush Skogadalsbøen and back to the high mountain plateau through the upper part of Utladalen.
