2. Outdoor Life for Beginners
DNT’s beginner courses focus on hands-on skills. Participants get to practice building fires, outdoor cooking, using camping stoves (primus), navigating with maps and compasses, and trip planning. The goal is to build the confidence needed to safely execute day trips in nearby forests and fields. Upon completion, you receive a course certificate and a practical handbook. These courses welcome both casual hikers and absolute beginners.
