Repair of Outdoor Clothing and Gear in Oslo
Reliable clothing and equipment are essential when you are out on a trip, both for comfort and safety. At DNT, we believe the lifespan of outdoor clothing and gear should be as long as possible. Therefore, we have established our own workshop, DNT ReTuren, as part of the services offered at the DNT Tour Centre (Tursenteret) here in Oslo.
How it works:
- Find your damaged outdoor clothing or gear.
- Wash it as thoroughly as possible. Preferably in a washing machine, but if that is not possible, clean the damaged area by hand.
- Drop by the DNT Tour Centre in downtown Oslo at Storgata 3.
- Register your repair. You will receive a price estimate and options if there are multiple ways to fix the product.
- We accept your garment or equipment and get it ready for new adventures.
- You will receive a message from us once the repair is complete.
- Collect and pay for your item at the DNT Tour Centre in Storgata 3. (It is also possible to drop off and collect at Sørenga if that is more convenient for you).
- The standard repair time is 10 working days. Deviations may occur during holidays and public vacation periods. For summer 2026, the following schedule applies:
- Items submitted by June 20: Ready no later than July 3.
- Items submitted after July 20: Estimated completion by August 21.
Have a great trip with your repaired gear!
