The following conditions apply to membership in DNT.
Membership in the Norwegian Trekking Association (DNT) follows the calendar year and is valid from January 1st to December 31st. After November 1st, you can buy membership for the following year.
Membership is personal.
There is no right of withdrawal from paid membership.
The membership types are age-limited, but disability benefit recipients (at least 50%) are given the right to senior membership.
The membership is not valid until it is paid. A valid membership certificate is a membership app on your mobile, a membership card printed by DNT or a membership card with a valid stamp or wafer from the bank.
