Etne- og Saudafjella

The wide mountain ridge extending from Seljestad to Ølen features a diverse landscape, often described as the Ryfylkeheiene mountains in miniature. Viewed from the main road through the Åkrafjorden fjord, the steep mountainsides can appear inaccessible. Once you reach the higher elevations, however, the Etnefjella mountains offer varied and easy-to-navigate terrain, characterized by lush green valleys and peaks reaching nearly 1,400 meters.
