Breheimen National Park offers fantastic hiking opportunities, with spectacular peaks and glaciers. The mountain area is located between Highway 15 over Strynefjellet and County Road 55 over Sognefjellet. Express buses east-west take you to the start of the tour in Breheimen. During the summer holidays, it is possible to book bus transport all the way to Sota Sæter.

There is a bus between Sogndal and Otta over Sognefjellet twice a day both ways during the summer season. The bus stops in Fortun.
