What should you bring on a DNT cabin trip?
What do you need to pack when you go to a no-service cabin? What is a good idea to have in your backpack? Here is an overview of what you should bring and what is available at the cabin.
This packing list applies to cabin trips at no-service cabins you don't need to take longer hikes to get to. If you are going to hike from cabin to cabin in the mountains, or have to hike for a while in the mountains to get to the cabin, we recommend packing list mountain hike summer.
If you are going on a cabin trip to a self-service cabin, you do not need to bring food, but otherwise this list is good to follow.
If you need something or equipment for the trip, you can borrow this for free from BUA or Skattekammeret throughout the country.
