På Fondsbu legger vi vår sjel i å servere god mat til gjestene. Mange av råvarene kommer fra lokale produsenter i Valdres. Og alt lages fra bunnen av her på kjøkkenet.

Alle som kjem til Fondsbu vil merke at vi bryr oss om at maten skal vera best råd kvar dag og til alle tider på dagen. Du får skikkeleg kost som vi lagar frå botnen av reine, lokale råvarer, utan juks og tilsettingsstoff. Dyra som gjer kjøt til vårt kjøken har hatt det godt!
Local food from farms in our area
All the meat we serve at Fondsbu is from the farm in Vang. Here there are small farms and all the animals are lovingly cared for and can roam freely outside in the summer.
Tyin-Lamma grazes at Tyin, the Sunshine Pig roams freely out on Helin, calves spring in Smådalen and the kittens bounce around in Skrebergo.
The deer runs as he pleases until he is felled.
Duck and turkey are delivered from Vestfold birds, which operate with strict requirements for animal welfare, feeding and not the least space.
The chickens are organic and from Håvelsrud Farm on Helgøya in Mjøsa. These are chubby, good and close-toed birds.

Packed lunch and thermos
You can spread a packed lunch from the breakfast table. We fill the thermos for you, delivered at the reception in the evening.
3-course dinner
First table setting at 19:00
Second table setting at 21:00
*Coffee and tea are also served.
