Om Uranostind
Uranostind er 2157 meter høy og fra toppen har du kanskje en av Jotunheimens flotteste utsikter. Uranostinden ble først besteget i 1876 og regnes av mange som en av de vakreste toppene i Jotunheimen. Utsikten fra toppen er fantastisk, 360-graders utsikt over hele Jotunheim, Falketind, Bygdin og Gjendealpene. På klarværsdager er det faktisk mulig å se helt til Gaustatoppen i sør.

Tour description
The hike to the top is demanding and should only be walked by experienced mountaineers, preferably with a guide. That is why we have a collaboration with Jostedalen glacier driver association so that everyone can experience this beautiful mountain.

The trip to Uranostinden involves a glacier passage and should not be walked alone and/or without sufficient experience/knowledge and equipment.
The trip starts from the construction road in Koldedalen. From here, follow the T-marked path towards Uradalsvatnet. When you reach the bottom of Uranostind, the trip goes on an unmarked path, over the Uranos glacier and up the north ridge to the top.
